Additional Information:
Testing: Upgraded my own video doorbell so this was no longer used. Did a factory reset, then incorporated it into my ring system all OK, battery charged to 100% but not through the USB using a pc which only went to 75%, had to use a usb wall socket and went up to 100%. Note that lithium batteries charge to around 70% fairly quickly but can then take ages to charge to 100%, this is normal and done to protect the battery’s longevity.
